The SOMA Method | Postpartum & Beyond

A valuable and comprehensive 10-week online postnatal exercise programme designed and developed to refine your movement, rebuild and strengthen your core and pelvic floor, manage symptoms of leaking, pelvic organ prolapse, diastasis recti, weakened core, improve posture and retrain and strengthen functional movement patterns. Your programme will be loaded onto your TrainHeroic app and bespoke videos will guide you through each training session. 

The MOVEMENT revolution

The movement revolution is a 10-week in-person movement course designed to change how you think about movement, posture, pain, strength and mobility - it is guaranteed to revolutionise your day - day movement patterns, your sporting performance, weakened core or symptomatic pelvic floor (i.e. leaking/prolapse) and help you alleviate those niggly unresolved aches and pains. All in-person sessions are held in Berkhamsted, UK.
